The following documents are needed by your lender in order to being your loan application process:
- Residence/ Address History for past 2 years. Landlord’s name and address or lender and loan number.
- Work History for past 2 years. Name, address, and phone number for each employer.
- Gross monthly salary, YTD pay stub, and past 2 years W2’s.
- Check and saving, retirement accounts, last 2 months statements.
- Debt-Name, address, account numbers, balance and monthly payments on all outstanding loans and credit cards.
- Loan information, market value and addresses on all real estate owned, copy of leases if own rental property.
- If self-employed: tax returns for past 2 years (”Signed all schedules”).
- If commission: interest or bonus income received, tax returns for past 2 years (”Signed all schedules”).
- Completed, signed sales contract: Must have a signed sales contract to lock in on interest rate.
- Up front fee for appraisal, credit report, and Flood Certification.
- FHA loan: Picture ID and Social Security Card.
- VA loan: DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility.
