Larry Warnock is the owner of BryMel Homes, Inc and a licensed Georgia Residential Contractor. He takes great pride in building high quality homes for the families of Warner Robins. He is always accessible to the homeowners in his developments. When your home is built, he is there to see that it is done correctly. After you buy your home, he is there to assure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Larry founded BryMel in the early 1990's to provide affordable homes for young families and retirees. Over the last two decades, he has built over 400 houses using this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom design. He is an expert in the local area at utilizing the "easy living" concept that provides for a worry-free yet fully customizable home.

Larry's past subdivisions include Echo Glen, Crestwood, Hackamore, Eagles Landing, Quail Point, and Deerfield. Larry's longtime commitment to the local community is evident in his involvement with the Warner Robins Chamber of Commerce, the local Hospital Authority, Houston County Home builders, and Central Baptist Church. Melanie L. Warnock holds a bachelor of Business Administrator in management from Valdosta State University. Her professional career includes several years in residential real estate. She has received multiple recognition for home sales while working at BryMel Homes Inc. She has achieved membership into the National Association of Home Builders Million Dollar Circle and Three Million Dollar Circle. In 2004 she received the Bronze Award for 1Million Dollars worth of new homes sold. In 2005, 2006, and 2007 she received the silver Award for having sold between 3 and 4 million dollars worth of new homes during those years. Melanie is also a Licensed Residential Contractor for the state of Georgia.

Melanie actively participates in the community. She is a graduate of the Warner Robins Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2006. Melanie is also a member of the Phi Mu Macon area Alumni chapter.
